We were asked by the police to provide 4X4 assistance to rescue drivers who had become stranded in the snow on the Woodhead Pass after ignoring the Road Closed signs and trying to divert via Dunford Bridge. The Team Land Rover was despatched and ferried drivers to the safety of the Holiday Inn at Tankersley.
