01420 Hypothermic Female


Find by search dog Scout during training exercise. Female early 20s suffering
from onset of hypothermia and exhaustion due to weather. Casualty was extremely
wet and cold and struggling to stay upright in the wind. Belay jacket applied
and escorted off the moor to her car at Sir William Hill. Placed in car with
heater on, wet clothing removed where possible. Hot drink taken. Casualty
recovered enough to drive home. Details taken.
